"High Tack AS" is an emulsion developed for tack coats with the aim of significantly reducing adhesion to tires. Compared to conventional PK-4 and PKR-T, it reduces asphalt adhesion to tires. It is less likely to adhere to tires and does not dirty the surrounding pavement.
